As an accredited ISO9001:2008 and ISO 14001 company WRPS will develop a project specific Quality Management Plan which will set out how quality inspections and work instructions are to be managed at a given Project/Framework. Everybody associated with this project is responsible for quality control. However, key individuals have specific responsibility as follows;
Quality & Performance – Josh Alker is responsible for developing effective management systems to meet the requirements of the business. Josh manages audit findings in order to find the root cause, trends and best practices.
Contracts Manager – Report directly to our Directors, and manages a team consisting of site managers, site supervisors, surveying team leader, quantity surveyor and a customer care department.
Site Manager – Our manager will manage the site in accordance with the contract documentation and programme. They will be responsible for leading their team and ensuring that day-to-day issues are dealt with.
It will be our Contracts Manager's responsibility to develop and implement a dedicated Quality Management Plan prior to the start of on-site works. They will ensure that the site team are fully briefed and understand the requirements of the plan. Every member of our workforce and sub-contractors are briefed on the content and operating protocols of the Plan during their mandatory start on site induction. The Site Manager is responsible for the daily implementation of the plans processes during the project to ensure the delivery of a quality product that meets the specification, being installed 'right first time'.
